The newsletter summarizes the Info Days that took place in February and March 2017 across Europe to disseminate the results of the IDEANNOVASHIP project. It notes that the first two intellectual outputs, a Facilitator Training Programme on Social Entrepreneurship and a Guide for Organizing IDEANNOVASHIP Camps, are now available for download on the project website. It also announces that a pilot Ideation Camp will take place in Greece in June 2017 with 18 youth from the partner countries to test out the IDEANNOVASHIP camp methodology.

In February-March 2017 the
Info Days of the
IDEANNOVASHIP project
took place all around Europe.
IDEANNOVASHIP is funded
by the Erasmus+ programme
KA2 Strategic Partnerships for
Youth. The project involves
six partners from six different
countries including the Centre
for Creative Development
Danilo Dolci for Italy. The
other partners are: the
National Association of
Municipal Clerks in Bulgaria
(coordinator) from Bulgaria,
GEA College – Fakulteta za
podjetnistvo (Slovenia), IBOX
CREATE (Spain), Antalya
International University
(Turkey) and University of
Thessaly (Greece). On the
10th
and 21st
of March, GEA
College, IDEANNOVASHIP
partner for Slovenia,
organised two Info days for
disseminating the project
results at the Department of
Entrepreneurship in Ljubljana.
IDEANNOVASHIP Info Day in
Greece was held at the
University of Thessaly in
Volos on the 20th
of February.
On the 24th
February 2017 the
Spanish multiplier event of the
project was held in Valencia.
The Italian multiplier event of
project was held last February
17th
in Palermo. The Bulgarian
multiplier event of the project
was held on the 14th of
February 2017 in Sofia.
During the Info Days, the
partners presented the first
two intellectual outputs of the
project in all partner countries.

Next meeting will be in Volos
(Greece) from the 19th
to the
24th
of June 2017. In Greece a
pilot “Ideate Camp” will be
conducted in 5 days with 18
young people coming from all
partners’ countries (3 per
country) to pilot the
IDEANNOVASHIP camps.

2. The intellectual outputs of the project are ready for download
The IDEANNOVASHIP consortium finalised the first two intellectual outputs of the project. The first
one is the innovative Facilitator Training Programme on Social Entrepreneurship (FTP-SE).The
training programme will develop the capacities of youth workers as facilitators for the ideation
camps and youth workers will be trained on social entrepreneurship thanks to this new method
which relies on informal learning techniques, Project Cycle management and Business Model
Canvas. The second output of the project is a Guide for Organizing IDEANNOVASHIP Camps. It is
a very useful tool for youth workers training as the guide gives practical information and tips to
perform a IDEATION camp. Both outputs are available for download in the “Resources” section of
the official web site www.ideannovaship.eu.
Results foreseen by the project
 Guideline for organizing “Innovative Ideation Camps”
 2 trainers selected by each partner organisation will be trained by the experts from partner
organisations as facilitators on the methodology to develop these IDEANNOVASHIP
Camps for youth. At the end of the training programme, the 10 workers will be able to
organise and facilitate ideation camps for young people in their countries.
 Pilot Innovative Ideation Camp: During five days a pilot “Ideate Camp” will be conducted
with eighteen young people coming from the six partner countries
 IDEANNOVASHIP´s Audiovisual Manual.
