2. WHAT IS PROBIOTICS ?
 Probiotics are a combination of live benificial bacteria and yeasts that
naturally live in our body .
 There are three types of probiotics -
 Water probiotics.
 Soil probiotics.
 Feed or gut probiotics . [Ursell .L, Metclf. J ,Knight .R .(2020)]

3.  It is a rod - shaped , gram positive bacteria.
 This species is commonly found in Gastrointestinal tract , oral cavity ,
vagina of human .
 It helps to break down food and absorb nutrient.

It is a nocturnal fish and feeds on living as well as dead , animal matter .

It can be used as a probiotic against in African cat fish culture , to enhance
fish health and growth performance .

4. DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSION
It show how the probiotics used as Clarius gariepinus cultures to
enhance fish health and regulate immunoglobulin concentration.
