This document outlines a project between students in Morocco and the USA to share snapshots of their daily lives through videoconferencing and digital media. It involves 3 sub-themes: 1) students reflecting on and comparing their daily routines through photos and essays, 2) writing and sharing poems about where they are from and who they are, and 3) creating digital narratives that highlight how youth in both countries are stereotyped but also defy stereotypes. The goals are for students to learn about each other's lives, craft original work, collaborate, and share their media with a global audience. The project emphasizes real-world technology skills and is meant to boost motivation through meaningful cultural exchange.
