Assisted with the semester long product development project. Led, organized, and coordinated labs
including studying thermal processing through the use of a retort to study the effect of rotation and
headspace on heating parameters in the pilot plant. Aided in design and execution of the lab to study
the effect of ingredient formulations on bread quality. Developed and graded lab reports, quizzes,
and exams. Contributed to the development of course material to ensure the course met its learning
objectives
• International experience teaching Global Perspective on Agriculture and Food Systems in India, an
