What is a traineeship
A traineeship is a course those aged 16-24 which combines work
experience with some learning
• The aim of traineeships is to get your child in the right mind set
ready for the world of work
• Your child will learn and gain a range of skills to prepare them
for a job following completion of the course
What are the minimum requirements for a traineeship?
• Be motivated to work
• Aged 16-24
• Qualified with less than a level 2
• Not currently in work or working less than 16 hours per week

Why choose traineeship for
your child?
Every young person will be faced with the situation of what they want
to do after school. For those who don’t have satisfactory GCSEs or
don’t want to do A-levels, there is an option – Traineeships.
• Traineeships provide an elementary level of learning for those who
are unsure what career path they want to take
• The basic skills needed to take on a job will be taught to give your
child a confident start for their new job
• The are several options after completing a traineeship like
apprenticeships. In many cases, employees take on their trainees
for apprenticeships
• Most importantly, it’s free. That’s right! The Government will pay
for your child’s traineeship to get them on the road to work.
Many successful people started their career journey as a trainee.

See our company page: https://www.linkedin.com/company/pathwaygroup What is a traineeship A traineeship is a course those aged 16-24 which combines work experience with some learning • The aim of traineeships is to get your child in the right mind set ready for the world of work • Your child will learn and gain a range of skills to prepare them for a job following completion of the course What are the minimum requirements for a traineeship? • Be motivated to work • Aged 16-24 • Qualified with less than a level 2 • Not currently in work or working less than 16 hours per week

Every young person will be faced with the situation of what they want to do after school. For those who don’t have satisfactory GCSEs or don’t want to do A-levels, there is an option – Traineeships. • Traineeships provide an elementary level of learning for those who are unsure what career path they want to take • The basic skills needed to take on a job will be taught to give your child a confident start for their new job • The are several options after completing a traineeship like apprenticeships. In many cases, employees take on their trainees for apprenticeships • Most importantly, it’s free. That’s right! The Government will pay for your child’s traineeship to get them on the road to work. Many successful people started their career journey as a trainee.
