OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION
From 2006 until 2014 I volunteered with the Little Haven Centre for people with life
limiting conditions. My role there was mainly as a reflexologist as well as aromatherapy
and I very much enjoyed being able to use my skills to help those patients within the
centre. I gained enormously from the interaction and made a lot of friends in this role. A
lot of the time I actually treated the wider family of the person with the illness as this
impacted on their own wellbeing and health. I also carried out home visits for patients
too ill to come to the centre.
I am keen to move my career focus to fully utilize my skills in the complimentary
therapies area as I find this most rewarding and I am very aware of the benefits of this
type of medicine
