Heinrichs, K. (1999). Tattoos No Longer Taboo?. Christianity Today, 43(6), 17.
Slide 15: “What does that say?” I hear that constantly about what is written down my shin.
I have ten relatively large tattoos. All but one is positive and deeply meaningful. That one is simply a piece from an artist I’ve always admired.
Slide 16: Some represent my father, others show my faith, and a few that show my hobbies. It’s all a form of expression through art.
For a growing number of Christians, tattoos are being used as a permanent proclamation of faith.
Slide 17: What does this mean to you? It means it is time to make a conscience, educated decision on your next tattoo. If it is your first or another of many, choose wisely.

Slide 18: Again, tattoos are not all bad and career ending. More and more their taboo has been banished. You can, and most will, choose to go under the needle, and now you can make your decision.
