 Registration: Opens at 9:00 a.m.
 Drawing Time: 10:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
 Starting Time: 11:00 a.m..
 Tournament: Double Elimination.
 Closing Time: Saturdays Games will close approximately around 6:00 p.m.

 Starting Time: 11:00 a.m. Tournament Resumes
 Closing Time: 6:00 p.m. Finals / Awards Presentation.
 Prizes: First Place……………..$5,000 and CHAMPIONSHIP TROPHY
Second Place………....$3,000
Third Place…………….$2,000
Total Purse…………….$10,000 Guaranteed

TOURNAMENT RULES
PLAYER RULES:
1. Players must be Native American & have a tribal I.D. to participate.
2. Each player must be 21 years of age or older to play and must show two (2) forms of I.D.
(Tribal I.D., State I.D. or Driver’s License & Social Security card.) No exceptions, Kiowa
Casino regulations.
3. Each team is required to submit a roster of their players. A minimum of five (5) players per
team required with no limit on maximum players. Individuals can only be on one (1) roster
only. Players registered on a roster are required to participate during their game time.
4. Once a team plays their first game those registered are the only ones eligible to play.
Rosters will be checked. Even though an individual is on a roster and comes in late, they
are ineligible to participate. It is the responsibility of the team captains to make sure their
teams are ready to play. It is not fair to the other teams if an individual comes in late.
5. Any players that are under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to
participate and will be escorted from the playing area.
6. If teams do not have singers they are eligible to recruit singers. (Just to sing only.)
7. Teams are responsible for selecting good judges. Judges may stay involved and pay
attention to all games. Team selected judges should be knowledgeable in all phases of
tournament play.
8. Both teams selected judges will be responsible for making fair play decisions.
9. Tournament coordinators will make and have final decision if needed be.
10. All games will be played with nineteen (19) sticks. Bones will be provided by sponsors
only.
11. No disorderly conduct, no foul language what so ever this is a team responsibility.

2. 12. No side betting, team will be disqualified if caught side betting.
13. FAILURE TO ABIDE BY THE ABOVE RULES WILL COST YOUR TEAM A POSSIBLE
TOURNAMENT!
GUESS RULES:
1. Guesser will have 30 seconds to guess.
2. Guesser must notify judges if selecting anew guesser.
3. Must say “HO” audible for judges to hear.
4. Must stand in front to make guess.
5. Must hold guess for judges to act.
6. No fork, no finger, trick guessing or coin guessing.
7. Hand gestures are allowed as long as guesser says “HO” to true guess.
8. The opposing team will eliminate a score stick if guesser does not abide by said rules.
9. Judges have the final say, with the coordinators breaking a split decision if needed.
10. GUESSES:
a. CENTER GUESS: Palm vertical direction of players with thumb down.
b. OUTSIDE GUESS: Palm horizontal direction of players with thumb outward and
fingers outward.
c. LEFT GUESS: Thumb extended to left of players with palm closed.
d. RIGHT GUESS: Thumb extended to right of players with palm closed.
HIDING RULES:
1. Medicine person is allowed 1 minute to pass out bones.
2. Hiders will have 30 seconds to hide bones.
3. Once hider comes up they cannot go back down.
4. Judges must notify of new guesser, then hider can go back down and rehide.
5. Hiders must open both hands to judges.
6. No one handed hiding.
7. Hands must be visible, chest high so judges can see. Judges will determine if hider is
incapable of doing so.
FAILURE TO ABIDE BY ANY OF THE RULES PERTAINING TO THE GUESSING AND HIDING WILL
COST YOUR TEAM ONE (1) STICK!!!! (Meaning scorekeeper eliminates one score stick from
opposing team.)
EVENT COOORDINATORS WILL HAVE FINAL SAY IN ALL DECISIONS PERTAINING TO
TOURNAMENT.

ACCIDENTS, THEFT, SEPARATIONS OR DIVORCES!!!

CASINO INFORMATION
WEEKLY PROMOTIONS:
Sunday is Men’s Day – 10am to 8pm, all male Rewards Club members
receive $10 Free Play for $10 Play.
Mondays are Kiowa Tribal Member Senior Free Buffet Nights in the
Morningstar Buffet from 5pm – 9 pm! Tribal Members 50 yrs + must show a
tribal I.D. and their Kiowa Rewards Card to receive free buffet. Tribal
seniors will also receive $10 E-Cash for play from 5pm-9pm.
MILITARY APPRECIATION DAY EVERYDAY IN NOVEMBER – All Month
long in November. Any military service personnel or veteran will receive a
$10 free play any day of the week, any time of the day of their choice. They
must show a military ID, is a Kiowa Rewards Club member and can only
redeem one free play per week. Promotional week runs from Sunday-
Saturday
Monday is Ladies Day – 10am to 8pm, all female Rewards Club members
receive $10 Free Play for $10 Play.
B.T.G. – Birthday $10.00 Free play or T-Shirt Giveaway:
Kiowa Rewards Club Members will receive a $10 Free Play or a free t-shirt
during their birthday month. Members must present a valid photo I.D. upon
request of free t-shirt.
NEW SIGNS UPS – KIOWA REWARDS CLUB:
Come in to the Kiowa Rewards Club and sign up for your Kiowa Rewards
Card and you will receive a $10 free play. Must present a valid state photo ID
and must be 21 years of age or older.
