Organization Inc.

Our mission is to revitalize distressed communities
by improving the living conditions of underprivileged
children, the elderly, people with special needs, and
low-income families.

Organization Inc.

Community Improvement Organization Inc(CIO) was
established on July 11, 2008 as a 501(3) nonprofit
organization with a public charity status, in Miami, FL.
Iris Paguada and Juan Paguada are the original
founders of CIO. CIO has provided services to over
13,600 members of our local communities, services
which include: providing food to residents in need,
rebuilding of homes, and several park beautifications.
At CIO the material things do not matter, it's the life
changing smile that does and you can be a part of it.

Hands-On Service Learning Program Community Improvement
Organization Inc.
Our Hands-On Service Learning Program’s goal is to help
high school students and college under graduates gain real
world skills through Hands-on experience. The Hands-on
Program appoints tasks and duties to students and their
teachers to further develop skills in the areas of their
interest and academic requirements.

Low Income Housing Repair Program Community Improvement
Organization Inc.
The primary focus of this program is to give our
beneficiaries the opportunity to have a safe safer, healthier
and better life. All of the assistance in the form of
maintenance repairs construction services. It is carries out
in an environmentally friendly manner, emphasizing energy
efficiency, using green products and appliances and
recycled materials.

Basic Needs and Emergency Assistance Program
Organization Inc.
The Basic Needs and Emergency Assistance Program provides
services for persons of low-income who are experiencing
hunger, financial emergencies and cannot helped themselves.

• Household Products Infant needs
• Shelter for Homeless Prevention Gas Gift Card
