19. Classes start May 15 (summer semester)
and Aug. 24 (fall semester)
Application process dates:
◦ Registration for summer and fall classes
is April 1
◦ applying for the online DE grant
is April 1
20. REGISTRATION (begins March 1)
CCA’s recommended deadline for registration packets to be turned into Mrs. Bacher: April 1
There are many steps in this process. The early deadline allows time for corrections, missing
information, a change in class choices, etc. that can determine if you get the $300 credit on your
bill; anything not finalized in the registration process on time MAY result in parents paying the
FULL tuition amount then receiving $300 in reimbursement mid semester.
True registration window it April 1-mid May (for summer classes) OR April 1-Aug. 23 (for fall)
**DO NOT APPLY TO CHATT. STATE ONLINE ; pick up an application packet from the
counter in Guidance Dept. or from Mrs. Bacher
ONLINE DE GRANT TO GET UPFRONT FUNDS (begins March 1)
CCA’s recommended deadline to have online application complete: March 30
True window is April 1-June 1 (the entire registration process has to be complete by June 1 to get the $300
upfront funds)
Summer classes: no upfront funds available; pay the full tuition then receive reimbursement payment mid
summer
ENHANCED GRANT …For students taking 2 classes (begins March 1)
CCA’s recommended deadline to turn in signed form to Mrs. Bacher: April 1
