What is human relationships?
Education is a process of living-not a preparation for future living. This
explained how providing opportunities to students where they can make their
own judgment about what’s important to them it can provide the connection
to focus on the essential element to be learned.
The importance of human connection

 All students are thinkers, researchers, and problem-
solvers.
 Setting high expectations and standards for all students in
terms of academic, behavior, and socialization will help
students to gain self-esteem and to know that they can
accomplish anything if they are willing to work hard.
 All students need a connection with their teachers and
peers in order to collaborative, socialize, learn, and
develop academically.
 Educators, administrators, students, and parents need to
understand that students with disabilities are no different
– like their peers without disabilities.
A teacher should be faithful to authentic student
learning.

 Every student needs a teacher who loves and enjoys their
job, someone who can value human connection, and
someone who can make a difference.
 The value and importance of human connection explains
how an influence in the school offers guiding principles to
help students and educators to create a climate in the
classroom.
 Celebrating students’ qualities and being aware of our
own thoughts, feelings, actions and their effects on others
help to improve the continuous learning. Educators
should inspire students to look at different perspectives
and teach with a new sense of excitement and possibility.
Teacher and student relationship
Every student needs …...

 Parental involvement and support for the school is critical to the success of
all students.
 We can cooperate best when there is a close cooperative relationship
among all stakeholders: students, parents, teachers, administrators, and
members of the community.
 Parents can participate reading stories in class guided with questions to
support class participation.
 Implementing classroom activities during holidays, special events, and
celebrations can also build upon strong relationships.
 Combining teachers support with family programs enhances adult and
child relationship.
 Providing opportunities for parents to enhance their understanding of the
educational and development needs and activities of their children.
(As a teacher, you want parents not only to know your expectations but also to
understand them)

 Teaching staff can meet monthly to discuss specific areas concerning
instructional objectives and methods to improve the educational
opportunities for learners.
The following can be the Staff’s Monthly Meeting Goals: Ongoing staff
communication to discuss goals, strengths, and gaps in teaching professional
learning that need to be addressed in order for goals to be met.
 Collaboratively identify measurable milestone for learners by reviewing
the data collected.
 Assist staff in developing required student growth plan and identifying

Human connection in schools
 In order to establish human connection in
schools, it requires teachers to have a
sophisticated understanding of how to interact
with students and foster teaching and learning
experiences for all students.
 Students with disabilities must be judged
based on their individual abilities, and not
excluded because of assumptions and lack
of skills.
The importance of human connection
 Knowledgeable educators can create and provide the possibilities of participation
among all students with and without disabilities.
 All students need a connection with their teachers and peers in order to
collaborative, socialize, learn, and develop academically.
 Students who feel isolated from their peers tend to have academic problems, low
self-esteem, and tend to be withdrawn from others. Providing students with
options to explore and do what they like and how they can get to that level based
on their interest might raise their social intelligence.
 Every student can bring joy to the classroom and have potential when support and
guidance is provided.
 Students’ developmental stages are different from their other classmates. All
students are thinkers, researchers, and problem-solvers.
 Setting high expectations and standards for all students in terms of academic,
behavior, and socialization will help students to gain self-esteem and to know that
they can accomplish anything if they are willing to work hard.
Educators
 Is the teacher responsibility to provide meaningful
lessons, a nurturing environment, provide
modifications for certain students, provide the
necessary resources and to always maintain good
communication with the families in order to establish a
good relationship.
 Analyzing data needs to become part of the teachers
planning to better assist students with their interest and
needs.
 Communication skills, eagerness to learn, guidance,
peer supports, family involvement and teachers support
are the primary sources that need to be engaged to
continue supporting and development students skills.
Teacher responsibility
Every kid needs a champion
The importance of human connection

 In order to make a difference in students’ lives, teachers need to
encourage exploration, discussion, try out a variety of ideas and
practices that can be associated with positive outcomes, and
also teach and understand the ways that they interact with
peers and form friendships.
 Students’ individual differences are the main components of
the classroom settings to socialize and engage a positive
interaction with students.
 Many students enjoyed variety of activities because of their age,
abilities, and interests.
 The classroom should demonstrate a wide of range of
competencies to highlight students’ individual differences to
value the necessary skills and to support the needs and request
on individual students.
Teachers should understand the following:
The importance of human connection
Teachers need to build a sense of classroom
community
 Teachers need to consider the ways their classroom
structure support everyone, the routines, and classroom
activities in order to identify the resources and the efforts
that are needed to establish relationship.
 Teachers need to build a sense of classroom community
by addressing and responding to all students needs to
inspire own practices and to develop many types of
classroom settings that include children with special
needs.
 As educators, we want to provide students the ability to
solve problems that on encounters in real life, the ability
to solve problems, the ability to make something in
different ways, the ability of reasoning, and the ability to
enjoy what they like to do.

The power of human connections
 The main purpose of the power of connections is to provide
students with an opportunity to develop and explore goals with
other students who are skilled and developed, assist in
identifying and practicing ways to help others to realize those
goals.
 In addition, Legacy includes one-on-one teaching with
students to reinforce the needs.
The importance of human connection
Students generally have little time to explore their classroom and the
world due to the time that it’s required from the curriculum.
 Human connection brings joy, inspiration, flexibility,
humor, and vitality to keeps us moving throughout the
day.
 The power of connection inspired not only students but
also teachers to understand, learn, and to value the
importance of relationship.
 Students need to learn how to have passion for their own
learning by exploring to respond in a real classroom to
real challenges, and examining those opportunities that
contributes to their understanding.
• Every student needs a teacher who loves and enjoys
their job, someone who can value human connection,
and someone who can make a difference.
• The value and importance of human connection
explains how an influence in the school offers guiding
principles to help students and educators to create a
climate in the classroom.
• Celebrating students’ qualities and being aware of our
own thoughts, feelings, actions and their effects on
others help to improve the continuous learning.
The importance of human connection
A new sense of excitement and possibility.
Educators should inspire students to look at different
perspectives and teach with a new sense of excitement
and possibility.
Educators need to give more attention to documenting
student’s skills, abilities, and performance to facilitate
practical ways of making learning the greatest experience
in a child’s life.
When combining curiosity, inventiveness, joy, creativity,
and sensitivity it creates different perspective and a new
sense of excitement that concludes in believing in every
student’s potential.
The importance of human connection
In order to create and adapt a socially inclusive classroom the classroom
environment need to be designed in a way that takes differences into
consideration to meet the needs of all students and to motivate them to enjoy
what they are doing and learning.
• What instructional improvements need to occur in the school to meet the
goals for improving human connection and students relationship?
• Are students individual differences are integrated as part of the curriculum
component?
• How can educators support students using a variety of skills and abilities
in order to help them reach their full potential?
• How can teaching practices and collaborating in the classroom support
students’ relationships?
 Educators can also implement Family Activities
within the classroom such as;
 Parents and students workshop at the school
library.
 Parents can participate reading stories in class
guided with questions to support class
participation.
 Implementing classroom activities during
holidays, special events, and celebrations can
also build upon strong relationships.
Educators can ………….
The importance of human connection

 It’s the careful use of data and information that provides
the power to drive improvement and to provide insight
into areas of strength and weakness and to help ensure
the right programs are directed to the right students.
 In order to maintain a supportive environment, teachers
must challenge what they may have learned in the past
and perhaps their own belief about teaching, learning,
and the potential values of what diverse students have to
offer to the curriculum.
 Teachers need to be aware of the type of assistance that
students need.
The power to drive
improvement
The importance of human connection
Legacy of relationship
Legacies of relationships develop an explicit
strategy that helps teachers think about their
strengths, needs, to plan, and reflect on teaching
and learning.
James Comer says, “that no significant learning
can occur without a significant relationship”.
Collaborative planning, working together, sharing
new ideas, and encouraging strong support
enables teachers to try their best to improve and
provide opportunities for students to grow
academically, physically, and emotionally.
Teachers
1. Teachers struggle with students, who disrupt the
class, can’t socialize with others, and who appears
not to be interested while trying to teach.
2. Investigating the connection between students’
curiosity and their interest can provide particular
interest and establish a relationship.
• George Washington Carver says,
“All learning is understanding relationships”.
The concept of “Learning is understanding
relationship” resembles the description of great
work in the learning process.
The importance of human connection
 Teachers need to re-value these qualities as core educational
concepts and learn practical ways of making them happen
more often in their classrooms.
 Parents have a positive influence on students’ academics and
development by the quality of relationships that involves
thoughtful decisions and a sense of responsibility for the
student.
 There are many ways that parents can support students and
establish a good relationship that can impact the qualities of
learning in a child development and education.
The importance of human connection
Educators need to understand that human connection is fundamental to
establish relationship.
 Parent-Child relationship can develop and sustain
a healthy commitment to their child’s
development, student daily interactions, and
children’s natural curiosity.
 Teachers need to support and look forward to
building upon the many promising practices and
successes from previous years in order to ensure
the very best outcomes for students to improve
relationship skills.
The importance of human connection
The importance of human connection
Students need to learn how to have passion for their own learning by exploring
to respond in a real classroom to real challenges, and examining those
opportunities that contributes to their understanding.
 Welcoming all students with disabilities to the same table seems
to encourage and support meaningfully integrated social
experiences by providing students with opportunities for
interpersonal connections and social support to build a
structure of the day.
 Providing alternatives for students such as: in class activities,
asking them for ideas, implementing their thoughts into our
lesson, allowing creativity, and praising their efforts can be a
good start in every classroom. When students experience the
wonder of the world can feel better by their struggle, concept
of creativity, and their inventiveness implies hands-on which is
naturally in their development.
CONCLUSION:
 We believe that all children can learn and succeed to the highest potential.
 We believe that providing strategies to make learning an important experience can
empower and improve diversity.
 Providing alternatives for students such as: in class activities, asking them for ideas,
implementing their thoughts into our lesson, allowing creativity, and praising their
efforts can be a good start in every classroom.
 When students experience the wonder of the world can feel better by their struggle,
concept of creativity, and their inventiveness implies hands-on which is naturally in
their development. Schools need to be a place where people can come together
regardless of differences to empower each person to live a full and productive life, to
establish mutual trust and strong relationships.
