The Summery of the Graduation Project
• IMS defines a complete architecture and framework that enables the
convergence of voice, video, data and mobile network technology over an
IP- based infrastructure.
• It fills the gap between the two most successful communication
paradigms, cellular and Internet technology.
• Beside that IMS will not be led by a specific service,
• So we made a simulation of IMS network using simulation tool and then
we deploy some services over the IMS network like chat service.

proactively to minimize response time.
• Accessing network nodes such as DSLAMs (Zyxel , Paradine ,D link,
Zhone and CTCU) Routers, Switches and BPXs in order to
troubleshoot technical problems and solve it remotely if possible.

Job Task:-
• Supporting and working to resolve the network problems of the
corporate customers.
• Performing the first and the second level troubleshooting for the corporate
Customer's links.
• Identifies diagnoses and resolves problems affecting network
performance and escalate to higher Tier support using time-based and
severity criteria.
• Troubleshooting MPLS L2/L3 VPN (ATOM, ATM & Frame Relay) in
TEData’s IP/MPLS core network.
• Create solutions to manage and monitor the customer connection using
Orion server.
• Accessing network nodes during the troubleshooting process such as
DSLAMs (Huawei and Alcatel) Routers( Cisco, Juniper) and Switches in
order to troubleshoot technical problems and solve it remotely if
possible.
• Troubleshooting customer’s physical and logical problems of a
varies customer's solutions (Back 2 Back , EFM , WIMAX , 3 G , and
normal connections) and helping customers in designing and
configuring their networks.
• Working as a resident Engineer in Barclays Head Office for 3 moths.
to monitor ,maintain and upgrading the Barclays-TE Data network.
