To whom it may concern,
Mr. Ziqiang (Mark) Ma was dispatched by Kheeran Inspection Services Inc. and
worked for our company as QA/QC inspector, on the Black Gold Project, with the client being
Harvest Operations Corp.
He worked with Danny, Daria, Devandra from July 2014 to January 2015. Although
this was the first time Mr. Ma worked in Industrial Oil Field as a CWB inspector Level 1, he
showed us his good experiences of QC, good skills, and his good relationship with others.
He was a very hard worker and did lots of jobs for example:
 Performed visual inspection of pipe, fittings and welds for compliance to the relevant
construction code, WPS and installation procedure requirements;
 Inspected welding products(process pipes, welding construction);
 Wrote NDT request forms and review the NDT reports;
 Verified the document compliance with welding and installation procedures;
 Did hydro test of pipe line;
 Prepared turnover documents;
 Made new ISO drawings for pipe system;
When we gave our turnover packages to the client-- Harvest, the manager of
Harvest was very happy and said that the packages were the best that he had ever seen
since the project started. Showing that QC team did a very good job and our company was
very happy and appreciated Mr. Ma's assistance.
Mr. Ma was one of team and played a very important role in the project. We wish him
the best in the future as he was an asset to the team.
