I love the challenge of delivering a project 'right' within the constraints of time, scope and quality to a successful conclusion. I love the challenge that a programme presents with the juggling of interdependencies between projects and the resourcing issues that multiple projects present. I particularly love the decision making process around choosing the 'right' projects for an organisation.
