My project highlights the inventory management procedure in
IOCL. My main task of this study is to learn the procedure of
inventory management in IOCL and also to learn about their

Inventory management is mainly concerned with the functions,
which affects the Flow, Conservation and utilization, the quality
and the costs of materials. It also includes Material planning,
programming functions such as Customers requirements.
Inventory management also influences the type of the products
also. The main factors of this project is to study the objective of

capability of present and future.
The major role of this inventory management is to supply the
stock in efficiently and increase the production process.
