MIDDLE-AGED WOMEN'S FINGERNAILS
As we age, our fingernails undergo changes that make them less attractive. Many women (and

helpful supplements are a multivitamin, and extra folic acid, which can be obtained from leafy

Horizontal ridges run from side to side on the nail. This is a rather uncommon problem, but if you
