- This journey begins with my day job @ BMG working with patients, I’ve always been on the lookout for tools that can help our patients move more and eat better.
- Ben asks speakers to show what we’re playing—here’s what I’m currently playing…with not a lot of time and being an Exergaming Interventionist in our clinic, I gravitate towards exergames and currently love playing… The Kinect! Love beach v-ball…even though I live in CA, the Kinect allows me to do things I can’t do in real beaches of CA! A fun option for staying active. Unfortunately, when it comes to being physically inactive, there’s plenty of company….(CHANGE)
- I want to begin with a disclaimer : just about all of us in the active gaming space support traditional PA. We do not believe it is “better” or that it will replace traditional sports, athletics, and more well-known forms of PA. We do believe that active gaming can (CLICK) meet a certain type of person where they are at. That’s how my journey into active gaming began 13 years ago.
