Who We Are and What We Do

Xponential Group was founded by Technology Experts, with decades of experience in Technology Procurement, Operations,
Business Development, and Marketing. Now, our “All Star Team” of internal staff and external network of partner firms
provide the same services to clients in all industries. These services include:

Our Value Proposition to the Telecommunications Industry – Opportunity Triage

Based on years of marketing and business development experience serving telecom industry employers and clients, we
provide a telecom industry-specific service we call “Opportunity Triage” to three audiences simultaneously:

Service Providers – This includes network, application, management, installation and maintenance Service Providers, as well
as those that supply combinations of these services on a global, national or regional basis. For all of these, Xponential
identifies the right Channel Partners and End-User Enterprise opportunities for each particular Service Provider’s products,
services, and (where applicable) coverage areas. The net result is a flow of Indirect Sales Leads (via Channel Partners), and
Direct Sales Leads (via Xponential’s own lead generation processes), that produce real revenue for our
Service Provider clients.

Channel Partners – This includes Independent Agents, VARs, Systems Integrators, Interconnects and Others. For all of
these, Xponential matches them with the right Service Provider(s), based on the unique needs of each End-User Enterprise
opportunity for which they seek our expertise and access to our Service Provider Matrix. And, for selected Channel Partners,
we feed them Direct Sales Leads via Xponential’s own lead generation processes. In all cases, Xponential is the firm any
Channel Partner can turn to help their End-User Enterprise clients find the right Service Providers to satisfy their most
challenging voice and data infrastructure and applications needs.

End-User Enterprises – This includes Enterprises of any size and within any industry. Xponential matches them with the
right Service Provider(s) and/or Channel Partners to solve their most difficult telecom problems, through the right products
and services at the right prices. We saw the need for this opportunity triage – “matchmaking” – business model after years of
watching telecom Service Providers (some of whom we worked for), Channel Partners and End-User Enterprises all struggle to
find the right people to sell to, sell through or buy from, as well as struggle to match the right technologies to the right needs,
within the evermore fragmented and complex telecom industry.
