Product Description
The Simon Close Proximity 200 LED Flashlight is designed for everyday use This multipurpose Cree flashlight uses the XPE chip set bulb. It has
been tested to average 100,000 hours of use with 200lm lumens of brightness. This handheld flashlight uses Simon's law enforcement T6 Pro
models body for lasting durability and rugged construction.
The Bright Simon Multipurpose 200 mini size only weighs around 8 oz. or 227 grams and fits comfortably in the palm of your hand. It heavy
enough to know that you are carrying it but light enough that it won't weigh you down. The rugged design is made from 6061 aircraft grade
aluminum anodized black body with a blue anodized focus dial ring and is durable and tough for long-lasting use.
The Simon adjustable XPE has a slim ergonomic design to function with a wide range of 16 adjustable dial settings to focus the light tight or to
expand to a broad fan. The rear push button on/off trigger switch with 3 soft-touch multiple settings: High, Low and Strobe lighting. Also
included is a squeeze and slide adjustable lanyard wrist band so that you can easily tote it anywhere.
Here are the specifications for the Simon 200 lumen led Flashlight. It emits up to 200 lumens using 6.07 watts for every 80.55 lmns.

Question: So which Simon light is better - the T6 version (ST6FL13661013) or this XPE version?
Answer: It depend what you are looking to do with the Simon LED Flashlight. They both have a variety of purposes. If your looking for a flashlight
to have in your tool box or just laying around the house to take your dog for a walk, or work on your car the the XPE will have plenty of

Question: After turning on flashlight can you 1 click back off or do you have to click thru options to turn off?
Answer: A little press will cycle the flashlight modes. a single 'full' click will turn it off.

Question: does this light come with a holder for AAA batteries?
Answer: Not sure how to answer. There's a twist off top that has a AAA battery tray. Works great. Really like this flashlight.

As always I received the item quickly
as promised. My first impressions of
the flashlight were positive but after
using it at work and home this week I
was thrilled. With so many choices
and price ranges out there , I decided
to Try SIMON. Here's what I've got to
say:
It fits well in my hands , the tail cap
houses the formidable and smooth
(high , low , strobe) push button
switch that's easy to access and
maneuver. The frame is solid and well
machined , but also looks great. As
far as the business end goes : the recessed concave lens is very clear and offers a superior level of
protection for the LED . The Zoom ring is a terrific feature: simple to adjust and offers many sizes
(more than I'll ever need). The light remains clear , bright and without any dark spots on all brightness
choices.
The belt clip has good tension and secures well on all my clothing. The rubber bumpers add another
level of protection , enhanced grip and a solid base for the belt clip to ride against. The wrist lanyard is
strong , adjustable and the quick disconnect adds the benefit of multiple carrying options , if desired.
The fact that the unit will accept different power supplies (IE - AAA or lithium-ion batteries) is a huge
plus. Battery time was good and prolonged.
Overall : This flashlight has been well designed with many features found in other devices costing
many times more. My compliments to Simon for not scrimping on the important components and
packing this 'baby' with all the right parts. Great for tactical , work and home use . I will definitely be
purchasing additional units for my car and home.
Bravo to Simon Flashlights .

of the Simon led flashlight XPE. I
wasn't expecting it to be as bright as
it was. It really is small and compact
little light. It came with 3 modes
High, Low and Strobe and you can
adjust the lights beam setting from a
tight beam to fan out to a flood light.

it took AAA batteries, which you
could anywhere when I travel. This is
a must if you travel a lot, which I do
and I love taking it with me on my
surfing and camping trips.
I have to say that my friends and I use the Simon led flashlight all the time and it is a must have item
to keep in my truck.
If you're looking for an affordable led flashlight that is rugged and small with 16 dial focus settings then
this is the one you want to get.

Well-made, powerful flashlight with only one real flaw

This little Simon flashlight is well-made, has a solid feel, and is powerful, but it does have one flaw:
the on-off push button on the rear end of the flashlight doubles as a switch ("soft-touch") to change the
brightness and mode (strobe) in serial fashion. As a piece of engineering, this is brilliant. However,
from a user perspective, it's less than ideal because it's very easy to inadvertently engage the soft-
touch. Other than that, I love this thing. I also love the fact that it takes AAA batteries.

Just got this flashlight in the mail. I got this to give as a Christmas gift. Although the flashlight is very
rugged and seems to be durable I installed batteries and after trying multiple times the flashlight didn't
work. At first I was very disappointed however this company has the best customer service ever! As
soon as they got my email about it not working they called me and are sending out a replacement.
This company truly cares about their product and their customers, I would buy from them again and
would recommend them.
