can first access the Public Store and visit hr.com Store.
Then you can log in to the store with your credentials and
consume APIs. Also you can go back to the Public Store
and access other Stores as well.

๏ But within other tenant Stores, you will be allowed to
subscribe for APIs which are allowed to your tenant domain
only.
