your Touchstone is complete.Organizing your Persuasive SpeechYour speech should be
organized with an open, a body, and a close. In your opening, you may decide to grab your
audience’s attention by asking a question, or sharing a short story or surprising statistic
about your topic. The body of the speech presents your supporting information, and your
close recaps your main points. In persuasive speeches, develop your main points around a
problem, a solution, and a call to action from your audience.
