4. What does Daniel need to go to school successfully?
What - in the system - is needed to organize that?
Assignment for the ten participating partners:
oversee and - where possible - optimize ‘the system’.
So: see what’s already there, decide what needs to be added and find out
who is responsible for what and who is coordinating the whole thing.
