Academic professional William Byrnes serves Thomas Jefferson School of Law as associate dean of graduate and distance education. During his tenure at the school, he has worked on the Law School Five-Year Strategy Committee and the American Bar Association Self-Study Committee. In addition, William Byrnes has published hundreds of articles, over 90 book chapters and supplements, and more as a credentialed journalist, researcher, and tax policy expert. Mr. Byrnes enrolled at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where he earned a juris doctor. While there, he performed as vice president of the Student Bar Association.
