An award that supports student entrepreneurial initiatives
focusing on innovative solutions for bottom-of-pyramid
issues or developing platforms for entrepreneurship
Do you have an innovative solution that addresses bottom-of-pyramid issues?
Or an idea that focuses on providing a platform for developing entrepreneurship?
If you are passionate about your idea and need support to make it real,
do consider forming a student group and applying for funding under
the Innovation/Entrepreneurship Practicum!
Eligibility
NUS students and/or student groups
What Are We Looking For?
Applicants should be interested in/passionate about
entrepreneurship and innovation. In addition to either focusing
on an innovation addressing bottom-of-pyramid market issues or
developing a platform to promote entrepreneurship and
innovation, the proposed initiative should:
Be new (i.e. not ongoing)
Demonstrate economic value & long-term self-sustainability
Be a commercializable proto-type
Terms of Award
Funding of up to S$10,000 per multi-disciplinary student team to
fund a project that either focuses on an innovation addressing
bottom-of-pyramid market issues or develops a self-sustaining
platform for promoting entrepreneurship and innovation.
