The Gateway Pavilion will offer temporary (3 – 5 years) space for a 3,500 sq. ft. café or restaurant (in enclosed space), 17,000 sq. ft. for an open air market or pop-up retail events, up to 48 vendors on site, 3 kiosk areas, 6 food truck locations and a rooftop amphitheater. There are also additional opportunities for placemaking pop-up retail on adjacent parking lots.
