The Sale contract : is Between the seller and buyer
The sales contract determines, among others:
The type of goods
The price of the transaction
The terms of delivery (Who provides transportation, who is
responsible for the goods, who will pay for the sending the
documents) , who is responsible for transportation?
Who insure the goods?

The Transport contract : Is between the seller or the buyer and the carrier
The transport contract is signed by the responsible of transportation (as stipulated in
the salecontract ) and the carrier:
the bill of lading, the Air Waybill (AWB) or the Way bill represent transportation
contracts.
Warning: the person with the original contract is the owner of the goods / negotiating
bank.
It determines, among other things:
Transport prices
The methods of delivery (Incoterms)
The point of care and point of arrival of goods
The liability of the carrier (shipping time, goods insurance or not.)

The forwarding Agent (broker) :
The freight forwarder is your agent , he is working on your behalf. He is the
professional who takes the necessary steps for custom export or import
procedures.
You lavish service for transportation and customs operations. The “transit
order “represent the contract he has with you, where his obligation and yours
are clearly stated.
You should request the list of all the necessary documents he need from you
and required for his work
He can negotiate transportation cost on your behalf but , you can also directly
negociate it with the transporter
