PDHPE is not just about sweating hard and running
until we’re sick!
There are many super-fun aspects within the subject
and it really offers something for everybody.
3. Socialising
Who doesn’t like a good party?
The games, sports and interactions that occur within
our lessons enable us to form closer bonds with
those around us.
In the process of making great friendships we learn
a little bit about patience and inclusiveness and we
learn A LOT about ourselves!
4. Eating and Exercise
MOST IMPORTANTLY: We are talking about how
we FEEL on the inside, not how we LOOK on the
outside!
We don’t fill our cars up with the wrong fuel and
then lock them away in the garage for months, why
do it to our bodies?!
Remember that increased weight loss and muscle
tone are merely a side effect of healthy eating and
sufficient exercise.
