I created this PowerPoint to pay her final respects to Victor Gaudioso, my best friend, partner in development, partner in crime :-) & co-founder to the LA Silverlight User Group who passed this spring. Over 40 people from LASLUG - excluding his family - drove after work to pay their final respects to Victor, which is where this slide deck was presented. Full movie on dropbox. Victor was a pioneer, like me, & you put 2 of us together & BOY DID WE PUSH THE BOUNDARIES & LASLUG BECAME KNOWN TO MICROSOFT FOR THE INNOVATION VICTOR & I WERE ABLE TO ACCOMPLISH TOGETHER. We were the first developer user group to live stream our meetings globally on our group website; anyone in the world could ask the presenter questions & get immediate answers as well as enter the swag drawing for prizes. Victor & I were able to give out over $100,000.00 in awesome prizes every month! This slide deck shows some of Victor's accomplishments, pictures of our meetings & the Windows Phone 7 LASLUG Raffle Prize App for people around the world who were watching the global live streaming of our meetings could enter the raffle. It also includes some people paying respects in recorded audio & some live.
