"Hustler, Hipster and hardheaded", three words that define Victor Maia. An insistent entrepreneur, who believes that one of the greatest assets of a company is knowledge, coparticipation, proactivity and hard work. So whatever the challenge, like to roll up your sleeves and dive with the team to each job. When Maia realized that he did not agree with certain practices and cultures of the market, he stopped searching for his place in companies, thus opening up his own. He is passionate about jazz, snow and everything that reminds New York. In fact, his dream is to have international experience so he can one day have that cover photo in Times Square.
