My job is to lead technical engagements and acts as SPOC for the ISV teams to ensure that their issues are resolved in a timely manner. I provide architectural support and technical resources to resolve complex business problems which requires end-to-end engagement in positioning, infrastructure setup, team skilling, development, testing and deployment. In past, I worked in Indian higher technical education industry for 10+ years.
