CHAPTER I
INTRODUCTION
1.1 Background
At this time, many young people who use sophisticated electronic goods. One is mobile, which we use for communicating tool. Mobile phones we use are generally used to communicate, but do not you know that young people often abuse it, ie to see things that they should not to look especially as a student.
Imagine if the students see things like that. Although there is no academic proof, that the proliferation of sexual deviation events and early marriage today is driven by the misuse of such technology porn sites in mobile.
Draft Law that students are not allowed to carry mobile phones everywhere was discussed. The behavior of adult learners is rampant. Not a few students were caught storing videos and photos on the mobile phone indecent. Not to mention, the phone is also used for the exchange-exchange test answers. As the development of the modern era, I conducted this research with the aim to determine how much influence the current mobile for students in Indonesia.
1.2 Problem Formulation
Problems which can be formulated in this study is the impact of excessive use of mobile for students which reduce learning achievement.
1.3 Destination
The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the current mobile for students in Indonesia.

CHAPTER II
LIBRARY STUDIES
2.1 Deviations Mobile
Again, the news shocked the country by circulation of a video nasty that allegedly similar to the beautiful actress and singer famous capitals top bands. This video consists of two parts, each of which lasted 6 minutes 49 seconds and 2 minutes 30 seconds. Initially people can download on the site www.kaskus.us, but then the files in that site can not be downloaded again. Video began to spread via Bluetooth mobile phone (cell phone).
Circulation of a video nasty that involves a public figure is not the first time only. A few years ago, people were shocked by the circulation of a video nasty that involves a member of the House of Representatives with a capital of the dangdut artist. Once the amount of public attention at the time, reported that this video was circulating on Youtube. Only in a single day this video more attention than 20 million people to access it.
Witnessing the reality of this kind, all are concerned and worried. Especially for parents who have a teen-age children. Because teenagers are more vulnerable during puberty is influenced by negative things from the environment around them.
Factor is the high intensity of the received information penetration of a child. If not matched parental control function, can cause children to be easily influenced by the things we did not expect. This is compounded by the rapid development of communication technology, the mobile phone. When it comes to abuse, this technology could pave the spread of negative influence on teenagers.
Currently, the role of mobile phones can not be separated from our daily lives. The form is small and lightweight, enabling anyone to carry it everywhere. Function was developed from just a tool for communication, a tool for accessing information and entertainment. Not only that, the price is more affordable to make the phone no longer an exclusive item that is only owned by the executive alone. But elementary school age children too many have been using it. Therefore education agencies Bandung issue instructions to the schools to tighten oversight of all students associated with the widespread circulation of hot video in the community.

2.2 Student’s opinion
Maria Ulfa negative assess students who perform such deviations. He acknowledged, such deviations are common, but it depends on each individual react.
Fauqal agree, he thinks this deviation depends on the person, would be used for positive or negative. "Not all students are storing pornographic images or videos on his cell phone." Rahmadanil Akbar, Dirga Pryono Son, and Arif Firman saw this deviation is one form of juvenile delinquency.
Melisa has another opinion, this deviation occurs due to the inability of adolescents in the face of technological development as a positive thing.

CHAPTER III
Discussion
3.1 Abuse of Technology
Although multimedia technology has made the computer more able to interact with humans. However, the use of multimedia technology is also likely and prone to abuse. Some phenomena misuse of multimedia technology can be seen in some of the cases that occurred in the country, such as a picture or a video recording of the indecent acts in the form of free sex scenes and intimate relationships by utilizing the features of the recorder on the phone as well as their wide dissemination through sending Multimedia Message Service (MMS).
The creation of pornographic VCDs contain obscene scene of a pair of university students in a town in Indonesia or web presentation contains images of naked artist has become evident that multimedia technology can also be abused.
Multimedia technologies are supported by the software to perform engineering drawings, photographs, animations and videos are intended to be made more computers can "talk" to users in a more humane. However, misuse of the capabilities of these technologies has made the spread of pornography becomes faster and wider.
Abuse of multimedia technology to "expose" someone through engineering photo has also been an artist and has made a sultry model and the community at large. Recent events, abuse of engineering techniques to multimedia photo artist model photographed in a tourist area. Later modified the photograph widely published in publications abroad. Yet according to the recognition models, photographed at the time it was still using the complete outfit. However, the results of digital engineering has made the model appeared naked. Even the prints are difficult to identify when it is the result of digital multimedia engineering.
From a technical perspective, the experts back now challenged to develop tracking techniques to identify whether the results obtained by the direct recording or a multimedia engineering. Moreover, how do the preventive efforts against abuse of these technologies, as well as many cases of sexual abuse that occurred as a result of watching a VCD, images, photos or web porn.
The reason why I made this issue as my research material, because this is now emerging cases related to multimedia. Even in one of the investigative news show in one of the private television stations nationwide, there is shown apparently watch porn culture has penetrated into the world of elementary school children. Due to the easy access of these children to the internet, they also now are more intelligent than their parents on how to use the internet.
In addition, the children also can easily buy a VCD or DVD porn by unscrupulous traders are numerous in the side of the road. What's worse, it turns out this time there are some unscrupulous makers of pirated VCDs masquerading cartoon kids, it turns out
9
they slip porn videos in the middle of the cartoon show. Or there is also a Japanese cartoon, but contains pornographic scenes.
3.2 Positive & Negative Impact of Mobile
There are two benefits that can be obtained:
1. Common benefits include :
Positive Impact:
1) Facilitate communication.
2) Adding knowledge of technological developments.
3) Expand the network of friendship.
Negative Impact :
1) Disruptive child development
With sophisticated features available in mobile as a camera and a game (games) will interfere with the student in receiving lessons in school. Not infrequently they are preoccupied with receiving calls, sms, miscall from their friends even from their own families.
Even worse there are using HP to cheat (cheat) in the replay. Playing games while the teacher explains the lesson and so on. If it is allowed, then the generation that we expect will be a slave to technology.
2) The effect of radiation
In addition to the various controversies surrounding the negative impact of its use, the use of HP also be bad for health, it helps students to be more careful and wise in using or choosing HP, especially for students children. If it is not really necessary, should the children should not be given the chance to use HP permanently.
3) Prone against crime
Remember, a student is one of the main targets of the criminals.
4) It has the potential to influence the attitudes and behavior of students
If there is no control of teachers and parents. HP can be used to deploy images containing pornographic elements and so on, which is totally not worth seen a student.
5) Waster
With a mobile phone, then we will increase spending, especially if HP only used for things that are not useful then it would only be a waste of money.
2. The specific benefits include :
1) Facilitate communication.
2) The progress of technology.
10
3.3 Countermeasures
As the saying goes, prevention is better than cure. The school may seek a few things to reduce the abuse of cell phones by students in the school environment.
The first thing to do is to prohibit any student to bring mobile phones to school. This is done to reduce the possibility of misuse of mobile phones and their negative effect for students. Suppose the students should be exposed to an urgent need, students can utilize the school phone or a pay phone available in the school environment.
Another way is that students are allowed to bring cell phones that cater to calls and SMS only. Students are not allowed to bring cell phones that have the ability to create and open a video, image and access the internet.
The next step is to tighten supervision to students who bring cell phones to school. Periodically, teachers can conduct raids to students who bring cell phones to school. This is done as a reminder that the enforcement of discipline and communication devices are not allowed to be brought students to the school environment.
It is also important to increase the "immunity" of students to the possibility of bad influences from the surrounding environment through the character of religious education. Religious education is not mere rhetoric and the basic concepts are far from the day-to-day implementation.
Furthermore, that should not be overlooked is teaching how to surf healthy. For information media of the most dynamic in the world. The Internet presents a variety of information and knowledge is not limited. To prevent students from media influences that tend to open it as wide as possible. Then the teacher can use it as a medium to find a hobby and students. For example, students who are interested in astronomy, he can access a variety of space-themed site and its development.
The last step is to increase intimacy in communication between teachers and students. To prevent misuse of communication technologies by students, teachers must be proactive and sensitive in the developments taking place in the neighborhood students. Proactive in providing an explanation of the phenomena that occur in the community. Provided him with the knowledge that he understands and avoid negative influences.
Whatever the technology, they are basically a tool that has a dual role. He can give the value of benefits for those who use them wisely. -But he also has a bad side too, if abused by people who are not responsible.

CHAPTER IV
CLOSING
4.1 Conclusion
From the above it can be concluded that the development of modern technology now enough can affect education in Indonesia. The rise of mobile now also corrupts students in our country.
4.2 Suggestion
Based on the above results, it is recommended that mobile is better not to use in time to learn and take away from the kids love to see and use the mobile should not.

  • 5. 5 CHAPTER I INTRODUCTION 1.1 Background At this time, many young people who use sophisticated electronic goods. 1.2 Problem Formulation Problems which can be formulated in this study is the impact of excessive use of mobile for students which reduce learning achievement. 1.3 Destination The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the current mobile for students in Indonesia.
  • 6. 6 CHAPTER II LIBRARY STUDIES 2.1 Deviations Mobile Again, the news shocked the country by circulation of a video nasty that allegedly similar to the beautiful actress and singer famous capitals top bands.
  • 7. 7 2.2 Student’s opinion Maria Ulfa negative assess students who perform such deviations. (Monica Johan/SMAN 14 Padang, Oktorilla Fiskasianita/SMAN 2 Padang report)
  • 8. 8 CHAPTER III Discussion 3.1 Abuse of Technology Although multimedia technology has made the computer more able to interact with humans. What's worse, it turns out this time there are some unscrupulous makers of pirated VCDs masquerading cartoon kids, it turns out
  • 9. 9 they slip porn videos in the middle of the cartoon show. Or there is also a Japanese cartoon, but contains pornographic scenes. 3.2 Positive & Negative Impact of Mobile There are two benefits that can be obtained: 1. Common benefits include : Positive Impact: 1) Facilitate communication. 2) Adding knowledge of technological developments. 3) Expand the network of friendship. Negative Impact : 1) Disruptive child development With sophisticated features available in mobile as a camera and a game (games) will interfere with the student in receiving lessons in school. 2) The effect of radiation In addition to the various controversies surrounding the negative impact of its use, the use of HP also be bad for health, it helps students to be more careful and wise in using or choosing HP, especially for students children. If it is not really necessary, should the children should not be given the chance to use HP permanently. 3) Prone against crime Remember, a student is one of the main targets of the criminals. 4) It has the potential to influence the attitudes and behavior of students If there is no control of teachers and parents. HP can be used to deploy images containing pornographic elements and so on, which is totally not worth seen a student. 5) Waster With a mobile phone, then we will increase spending, especially if HP only used for things that are not useful then it would only be a waste of money. 2. The specific benefits include : 1) Facilitate communication. 2) The progress of technology.
  • 10. 10 3.3 Countermeasures As the saying goes, prevention is better than cure.
  • 11. 11 CHAPTER IV CLOSING 4.1 Conclusion From the above it can be concluded that the development of modern technology now enough can affect education in Indonesia. The rise of mobile now also corrupts students in our country. 4.2 Suggestion Based on the above results, it is recommended that mobile is better not to use in time to learn and take away from the kids love to see and use the mobile should not.
