2. Introduction:
• Alternative therapy/treatment in covid-19 cure much more
importance in India especially because Indians practicing
Ayurveda since 3000 years and this treatment is most
useful in most of the chronic illness and pandemic
diseases.
• The role of alternative therapy plays vital role in
controlling/curing covid-19 and other chronic deadly
diseases due to viruses/bacteria. The Ayurveda is most
ancient kind of medicine system using since long back
more than 3000 years in our country India.

5. AYURVEDA
• AYURVEDA medicine (“Ayurveda” for short) is one of the
world's oldest holistic (“whole-body”) healing systems. It was
developed more than 3,000 years ago in India.
• It’s based on the belief that health and wellness depend on a
delicate balance between the mind, body, and spirit. Its main
goal is to promote good health, not fight disease. But
treatments may be geared toward specific health problems.

• The Indian state of Kerala is the best example of Ayurveda practice and they
proved that many numbers of patient cured from covid019 and discharged from
hospital and the state has more cured and less active cases of covid-19.
• As per the statistics, in the month of march-2020, kerala was the top in covid-19
cases and later within a month the pandemic came to control due to huge practice
of Ayurveda.

10. MEDITATION
• It is a mental exercise that involves relaxation, focus,
and awareness. Meditation is to the mind what physical
exercise is to the body. The practice is usually done
individually, in a still seated position, and with eyes closed.
• Meditation will helps to control over one’s own mind
especially during such pandemic occurrence or patients
suffering with such and family members. Meanwhile
psychological stability also equally important along with
treatment.
12. HOMEOPATHY
• Also known as homeopathic medicine, is a medical system
that was developed in Germany more than 200 years ago. It’s
based on two unconventional theories:
• “Like cures like”—the notion that a disease can be cured by a
substance that produces similar symptoms in healthy people
• “Law of minimum dose”—the notion that the lower the dose
of the medication, the greater its effectiveness. Many
homeopathic products are so diluted that no molecules of the
original substance remain.
