Step 1: Self-reflection Know your strengths and believe in them! You are your best judge; others will follow And yea, learn what you are missing; If you can’t take it, you can’t make it!
Step 2: Continual Learning Keep your skills on the cutting edge What you know today is history tomorrow! Learn, Learn, Learn! Read, Network, Connect, walk, run, fly… whatever works for you!
Step 3: Prepare Marketing Strategy Have  a mission statement; what do you want to be known for? “You do not merely want to be the best of the best. You want to be considered the only one who does what you do.” Jerry Garcia, Ben & Jerry’s Create a presence Be at the right places; it’s always the right time!
Step 4: Build Relationships Network, more importantly, build a following You may start as the “Lone Nut”, but you’ll surely find that first follower…the crowd is eventual Keep the momentum going!  If you lose it, you become one in the crowd; there are many “Nuts” waiting to happen!
Step 5: Develop your pitch Walk the talk; be a “walking, talking” pitch Its NOT That You Have To Think Like A CEO; Its That you HAVE To Be Perceived As A CEO - Jack Welch to Hugh Heffner Have stories to tell and propagate Those who recollect your stories will remember you
Step 6: Evolve Keep up with the times; grow your brand to keep your followers glued to you Kodak camera films, anyone?
