Q-1: What is the difference between Marketing Management and Strategic
Marketing Management?
 Marketing Management Marketing management refers to the group of professionals
who are responsible for planning and directing the marketing strategies that will benefit
the business. Managing marketing work includes:
1. Delegating tasks.
2. Doing research about different strategies and
3. Analyzing the techniques that other companies are currently using.
Part of the marketing management is ensuring that a business does not copy existing
strategies used by competitors.
 Strategic Marketing Management Strategic marketing management implements your
company’s mission through focused processes to get the most out of your existing
marketing plan.
 Difference between them MM talking about the professionals who are responsible to
make and execute the plan and SMM helps to identify target customers. It actually helps
company to transform plans into reality.
Q-2: What is Marketing Strategy?
 Marketing Strategy A marketing strategy is a business's overall game plan for reaching
people and turning them into customers of the product or service that the business
provides. The marketing strategy works with the marketing plan so to align all the
marketing activities together.
