Overview
After launching successful first of its kind programs in recruitment domain,
here we go with another pioneer program known as “Certified Placement
Officer”.
Hirington Academy’s other marquee programs includes Recruitment
Auditing, Certified Business Development Support, Hiring 3.0 etc.
Hirington has mentored several hundred people in recruitment domain.
There is a huge gap between what the industry is expecting from the
placement officer and what they really posses.
TPOs are not alone meant to meet the client, hand over brochure, invite
them for the campus, event co ordination, shortlisting, offer and joining.
Expectation of the client on the student’s skills has changed of-late and
there are new formats of assessments are implemented in the interviews.

Need of this certification
Most of the Placement Officers don’t posses a recruitment background.
Client always wanted to discuss about their recruitment plans with the
person who understand end to end recruitment. But not with someone
who is experienced in different industry and has also taken the role of TPO
in the institution.
Gain confidence of your clients and the students with a valid certification
that vouches for your placement expertise.
This certification will expose the traits, roles and responsibilities, client
interface techniques, talent grooming that a placement officer needs to
posses.

Certified Placement Officer

Program details
Placement officer with any years of experience can take this program.
It can be done In-person (based on volumes) & Online irrespective of
geographical location.
One day master training will be provided for In-person method. Online
program needs 2 hours per day for 5 days .
On completion of the program, we will issue the certificate. There will be
an auditing after six months to ensure the implementation of our program.

Program cost 5,000 INR per person and it has to be paid 100% in advance.
Certified Placement Officer

About Vijay Anand (Head Mentor – Hirington Academy)
Has closed to 13 years of experience in the Recruitment Industry. Working
experience includes Leading Consultancy Services, IT/Telecom software companies
in Chennai, India. Holds a Bachelor of Science from Madras University, India. Master
of Labour Management from Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai and a Post
Graduate degree in Human Resources Management, Pondichery.
•   Experience of interviewing several hundreds of candidates across all the verticals.
•   Exposure to both consultancy and corporate environment.
•   Groomed a team of recruiters for productive results.
•   Provided recruitment solutions for several hundreds of recruiters through Online and
    In-person mentoring.

Online program needs 2 hours per day for 5 days . On completion of the program, we will issue the certificate. There will be an auditing after six months to ensure the implementation of our program. Program cost 5,000 INR per person and it has to be paid 100% in advance.
