1. Welcome

River Drive Christian Church

2. Mine Eyes Have Seen the
Glory #74
Mine eyes have seen the
glory of the coming of
the Lord,
He is trampling out the
vintage where the grapes
of wrath are stored;
He hath loosed the
fateful lightning of His
terrible swift sword-
His truth is marching on.
4. In the beauty of the lilies
Christ was born across the
sea,
With a glory in His bosom
that transfigures you and
me;
As He died to make men
holy, let us live to make
men free,
While God is marching on.
6. Let’s Just Praise the Lord
Let’s just praise the Lord! Praise the Lord!
Let’s just lift our hearts to heaven and
praise the Lord;
Let’s just praise the Lord! Praise the Lord!
Let’s just lift our hearts to heaven and
praise the Lord!
7. Praise Him! Praise Him! #63
Praise Him! Praise Him! Jesus, our blessed
Redeemer!
Sing, O earth, His wonderful love proclaim!
Hail Him! Hail Him! Highest
arch-angels in glory,
Strength and honor give to His
holy name!
Like a shepherd Jesus will guard
his children-
In His arms He carries them all
day long:
8. Praise Him!
Praise Him!
Tell of His excellent
greatness!
Praise Him!
Praise Him!
Ever in joyful song!
9. Praise Him! Praise Him! Jesus, our blessed
Redeemer!
For our sins He suffered and bled and died;
He our Rock, our hope of
eternal salvation,
Hail Him! Hail Him! Jesus
the Crucified.
Sound His praises- Jesus
who bore our sorrows
Love unbounded,
wonderful, deep and
strong:
10. Praise Him!
Praise Him!
Tell of His excellent
greatness!
Praise Him!
Praise Him!
Ever in joyful song!
11. Praise Him! Praise Him! Jesus, our blessed
Redeemer!
Heav’nly portals loud with hosannas ring!
Jesus, Savior, reigneth for
ever and ever,
Crown Him! Crown Him!
Prophet and Priest and King!
Christ is coming, over the
world victorious
Pow’r and glory unto the
Lord belong:
12. Praise Him!
Praise Him!
Tell of His excellent
greatness!
Praise Him!
Praise Him!
Ever in joyful song!
13. To God Be the Glory #8
To God be the glory- great things He hath done!
So loved He the world that He gave us His son,
Who yielded His life an atonement for sin
And opened the Life-gate that all may go in.
14. Praise the Lord, Praise the Lord
Let the earth hear His voice!
Praise the Lord, Praise the Lord,
Let the people rejoice!
O come to the Father thru Jesus the Son,
And give Him the glory-
Great things He hath done!
15. Great things He hath taught us, great things
He hath done,
And great our rejoicing thru Jesus the Son;
But purer and higher and greater will be
Our wonder, our transport, when Jesus we see.
16. Praise the Lord, Praise the Lord
Let the earth hear His voice!
Praise the Lord, Praise the Lord,
Let the people rejoice!
O come to the Father thru Jesus the Son,
And give Him the glory-
Great things He hath done!
17. Blessed Assurance #319
Blessed assurance, Jesus is mine!
O what a fore-taste of glory divine!
Heir of salvation, purchase of God,
Born of His Spirit, washed in His blood.
This is my story, this is my song,
Praising my Savior all the day long;
This is my story, this is my song,
Praising my Savior all the day long.
18. Perfect submission- all is at rest,
I in my Savior am happy and blest;
Watching and waiting, looking above,
Filled with His goodness, lost in His love
This is my story, this is my song,
Praising my Savior all the day long;
This is my story, this is my song,
Praising my Savior all the day long.
19. How Great Thou Art! #16
O Lord my God, when I in awesome wonder
Consider all the worlds Thy hands have made,
I see the stars, I hear the rolling thunder,
Thy pow’r thru-out the universe displayed!
Then sings my soul, my Savior God, to Thee:
How great Thou art, how great Thou art!
Then sings my soul, my Savior God, to Thee:
How great Thou art, how great Thou art!
20. When Christ shall come with shout of acclamation
And take me home, what joy shall fill my heart!
Then I shall bow in humble adoration
And there proclaim, my God, how great Thou art!
Then sings my soul, my Savior God, to Thee:
How great Thou art, how great Thou art!
Then sings my soul, my Savior God, to Thee:
How great Thou art, how great Thou art!
21. Lamb of God
Your only Son, no sin to hide,
But You have sent Him from
Your side
To walk upon this guilty sod,
And to become the Lamb of God.
O Lamb of God, sweet Lamb of God;
I love the holy Lamb of God.
O wash me in His precious blood.
My Jesus Christ, the Lamb of God.
22. Your gift of love they crucified,
They laughed and scorned Him as
He died;
The humble King they named a
fraud,
And sacrificed the Lamb of God.
O Lamb of God, sweet Lamb of God;
I love the holy Lamb of God.
O wash me in His precious blood.
My Jesus Christ, the Lamb of God.
23. I was so lost I should have died,
But You have brought me to Your
side
To be led by Your staff and rod,
And to be called a lamb of God.
O Lamb of God, sweet Lamb of God;
I love the holy Lamb of God.
O wash me in His precious blood.
Till I am just a lamb of God.

26. The Age of Accountability
When should children be baptized?
27. When is a child old enough to make a
commitment to Christ and be baptized for
the forgiveness of sins?
When does a child become accountable for
his or her sins?
At what point is a child in danger of losing
his or her soul to eternal hell because of
unforgiven sin?
28. How much time do you spend
preparing your child for eternity?
30. What is meant by accountability?
Children are innocent and adults
are accountable.
It is at some point in between the
two that one moves from
innocence to accountability.
31. Ezekiel 18:20
“The soul who sins is the one who will
die. The son will not share the guilt of
the father, nor will the father share the
guilt of the son. The righteousness of
the righteous man will be credited to
him and the wickedness of the wicked
man will be charged against him.”
32. Matthew 19:14
“Let the little children come to Me and do
not hinder them, for the kingdom of
heaven belongs to such as these.”
Matthew 18:3
“I tell you the truth, unless you change and
become like little children, you will never
enter the kingdom of heaven.”
33. Romans 3:23
“For all have sinned and fall short of
the glory of God”
Romans 6:23
“The wages of sin is death.”
35. WHAT IS THE AGE OF
ACCOUNTABILITY?
Scripture does not say. So how do we know?
36. Regardless of age, there are two things
required to properly respond to the gospel…
UNDERSTANDING
And
COMMITMENT
37. I Peter 3:21
“the pledge of a good
conscience toward God.”

44. Living for Jesus #450
Living for Jesus a life that is true,
Striving to please Him in all that I do,
Yielding allegiance, glad-hearted and free-
This is the pathway of blessing for me.
O Jesus, Lord and Savior, I give
myself to Thee,
For Thou in Thine atonement didst
give Thyself for me.
I own no other Master- my heart
shall be Thy throne
My life I give, henceforth to live,
O Christ, for Thee alone.
45. Living for Jesus who died in my place,
Bearing on Calv’ry my sin and disgrace-
Such love constrains me to answer His call,
Follow His leading and give Him my all.
O Jesus, Lord and Savior, I give
myself to Thee,
For Thou in Thine atonement didst
give Thyself for me.
I own no other Master- my heart
shall be Thy throne
My life I give, henceforth to live,
O Christ, for Thee alone.
46. Living for Jesus thru earth’s little while,
My dearest treasure the light of His smile,
Seeking the lost ones He died to redeem,
Bringing the weary to find rest in Him.
O Jesus, Lord and Savior, I give
myself to Thee,
For Thou in Thine atonement didst
give Thyself for me.
I own no other Master- my heart
shall be Thy throne
My life I give, henceforth to live,
O Christ, for Thee alone.
