What are my three strengths in life?
 Creativity
 Strong work ethic
 Flexibility
How do I apply these three strengths when working on teams?
As a member in a teamwork, when my team faces a problem, I try to find a reasonable solution
using my creativity. Firstly, I ask this question “which kind of solutions may be useful to resolve
issues?” Secondly, I investigate to see if similar issues were resolved by solutions in past. Problems
push me to thinks deeply about methods which can be applied to find appropriate solutions.
Moreover, creativity helps me when my teamwork needs to promote job quality. Strong work ethic
which is based in a belief in the value of work for its own sake is a mind obsession to me to finish
incomplete jobs. I have repetitive words in my mind that do not leave me free otherwise all jobs
and tasks are done. Flexibility like strong work ethic comes from my essence and make me
changeable against undesired conditions.
I would love to have interview with my desired company for Operations Research analyst position.
Ask me a few questions regarding my current job status either I graduate soon to start the job. I
expect to hear about details related to the job position, duties and expectations. When you ask me
if I am qualified for a job position, I need to see how job details are fit to my capabilities. In the
meantime, I need to ask some question to clarify somethings.
To understand whether I am qualified for the position, I need to know if required conditions are
meet with my skills. For this, I look for somethings in my papers and experiences which can
support me to do better the job position. Discussion on my Operations research courses I passed
during master and PhD programs helps interviewer to assess my skills. These courses come from
different aspects of Operations Research such as Linear and non-linear Programming and Integer
Linear programming as well as related software and coding skills. I like to talk about some stories
from previous jobs to show how my strong work ethic and flexibility helped me to affect my
performance. Creativity supports me to give new ideas to solve unexpected problems. When I am
asked to give a solution, I do not restrict my mind by typical methods and I rely on creative and
new ideas which may be useful for the designed problems. Similarly, flexibility is helpful in hard
conditions by keeping my performance in risky situations. Interviewees need to know how much
compensation I need and how I am flexible by travels. I am not very picky and I’m ready to accept
some conditions which may not be perfect to me.

2. Giving some examples about creativity, strong work ethic and flexibility from previous careers
gives more information to employer to assess me easily.
