9 a.m. – Camp Zama Community Club
9:30 a.m. – Sagamihara Family Housing Area
12:45 p.m. – Army Lodging

1:30 p.m. – Sagamihara Family Housing Area
4 p.m. – Narita Airport Terminal No. 2 Parking Lot
7 p.m. – Narita Airport Terminal No. 2 Parking Lot
NARITA BUS TRANSITION
Pets
No pets allowed on Narita Bus.
Pet limousine service available through Outdoor
Recreation. This service is dependant upon driver
availability.
Pet owners may ride with pet if space is available.
Call 263-4671 or 046-407-4671 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
daily; closed on U.S. holidays.

Reservations may be made dependant upon
availability of driver – prepayment is required to
obtain reservations.
Limousine service will not be available during
Narita Bus operations, except for pet transportation
requirements.
Use of the Narita Bus is encouraged.
Service is available to Haneda Airport.

Pet owners may ride with their pet (seats are limited).
Only one receipt will be given per reservation.
Hourly late fees will be assessed to guests for any
delays to cover overtime or extended parking fees.
Any communication required for changes of arrival
or departure dates or times is the responsibility
of the reservation holder.

Haneda Airport Service
Logistics Readiness Center will maintain Official
Travel services to Haneda Airport. Please contact
the Transportation Office at 263-3772 or 046-407-3772.
Non-official passengers may utilize the limousine
service (dependant upon availability).
Local commercial transportation is available (train,
bus).

No Reservations
Guests without reservations may purchase space-
available seating. Payment must be made prior to
departure.
Space-available seating is first-come, first-serve.
No money to pay (arrival without reservations):
Passenger (incoming primary) will be required to
fill out an promissory note to include name(s),
unit and contact information.

No money to pay (arrival without reservations):
 Transportation service will be based on availability.
 Payment must be made within 24 hours at Outdoor
Recreation (open seven days a week).
 Payments made after 24 hours will be assessed
a $15 late-payment fee.
 Promissory notes are considered as confirmed
reservations.

Sponsors provide location of the Department of
Defense Liaison Desk to incoming personnel.
Bus will be available at Narita Airport 90 minutes
prior to departure.
Space-available seats at Narita will be sold first-come,
first-serve.
Bus will leave at scheduled times.

Other Information
No refunds will be provided to non-arrivals who
fail to properly communicate to a reservation agent.
Refunds will be issued to all those who missed
the bus due to unscheduled flight delays
(flight documentation required).
Rescheduling transportation is based on seating
availability.

with travel orders will be made through traveler’s
submission of a Travel Voucher
(DD Form 1351, 1351-1, 1351-2, 1351-2C, or 1351-3,
as applicable).

Official Travel Reimbursement
Reimbursement for bus fee for master labor
contract/indirect hire agreement personnel with travel
orders will be made through the submission of
USFJ Form 356EJ.
If person is going to Narita Airport without travel orders:
- Military or DAC travelers will use DTS to request
local travel funds.

Official Travel Reimbursement
If person is going to Narita Airport without travel orders:
- NAF travelers will use DD 1164 for approval and
reimbursement of bus fee.
- MLC travelers will use USFJ 356EJ to request
approval for local travel and bus fee reimbursement.
Official reimbursement is not issued through MWR.
