- I want to start by telling you about my father, Ronny. He is 68 and a retired after 35 years as a fireman. He has been a diabetic for the past 30 years. Often times he has hypoglycemia attacks, which causes him to sweat profusely and go into a convulsion. When this happens my mother Mary immediately comes to his aide and gives him a sweet drink that rebalances his blood sugar level. And is back to normal. However, if he has one these attacks and she is sleeping or not there, his attack could quickly turn into a fatal coma. This is a constant worry for my mother and I. Even more so, because my parent’s recently had neighbor – she was an elderly lady living alone and suddenly passed away one night from a hypoglycemic attack. No one was able to come to her aide. All she needed was a few sips of this (hold up 100 Plus drink).
