YEP Challenges
1- During the implementation of YEP all three
partners faced some security situation in their
respective countries which led to some internal
challenges and delays in YEP services’
implementations.
2- YEP partners faced some difficulties
with the working youth and enterprise
owners in attending the financial
education FE training, so we had to
develop a coaching tool which will help
the loan officer is assessing the youth
weaknesses and providing them with on
the job FE training through monthly
visits.
