5. IF YOU START LISTENING
TO EXPERTS,THEY WILL SAY!
With social media you can get to your customer so much
faster now, as an entrepreneur figure things yourself, do
not listen to experts. They are clueless.
They going to tell you
what everybody thinks is right.
They can’t tell you anything you
don't know already.
They are disconnected from
customers, don’t listen to them.
7. ANYONE WHO THINKS
SKY IS THE LIMIT,
HAS A LIMITED IMAGINATION.
If you want to innovate something, you have
to make it happen and surprise your
customers.
If I would have asked people what they
needed couple of years back, they would
have asked for a device they would love to
use, I bet no one would have answered
saying, I need an iPad.
8. YOU CAN ASK
YOUR CUSTOMERS
HOW TO MAKE A REVOLUTION BETTER.
HOW TO MAKE A
BUTYOU CAN NOT ASK
THEM,
REVOLUTION.
10. CHALLENGES ARE WHAT MAKE
LIFE INTERESTING;
OVERCOMING THEM IS WHAT
makes life meaningful.
I always believed in one thing
YOU DON’T KNOW
HOW
UNTIL
BEING
STRONG
IS THE ONLY OPTION
YOU HAVE
STRONGEST
YOU ARE,
13. There are 10% of consumers who like
best quality products.
THE
APPLE MATH10
So you should make
the best possible revolutionary products.
And every update
should not be 10% better,
but
10 times better then the last one.
every-time

input is not encouraged,
valued, and welcome, why call
it a team?”

“There are two types
of software : bad
software and the

– Cornelius Fitchner
Good leaders do not take on all the
work themselves; neither do they take
all the credit.”

20. DON’T BE AFRAID TO TAKE
A BIG STEP IF ONE IS INDICATED;
YOU CAN’T CROSS A CHASMin two small jumps.
Jump the curve
“The real innovation happens
in the next curve
not on your own curve.”
21. CURVE JUMP
STORYA
ICE HARVESTING BUSINESS
In 1900, there were this guy. He used to go a long
way to a winter pond to cut ice. In 1909 million
pounds of ice has been harvested in United States.
Ice factory curve meant that, you don’t have to be in
winter, you don’t have to be in a cold city.A company
will freeze water for you at any point of time and
deliver it to your house.
33 years later, Ice Factory Curve
22 years later, Ice Freeze Curve
Where you can have a freeze at home and ice the
water anytime you want.
“So if you want to do something revolutionary you
cannot do it in your curve, you have to jump the curve.”
23. THE PESSIMIST COMPLAINS
ABOUT THE WIND; THE OPTIMIST
EXPECTS IT TO CHANGE;
We are in 21st Century
I think
CHANGE is the new stability.
ITS NOT ABOUT
‘MODEL A’ OR ‘MODEL B’
IT “WORKS”
OR “DOESNT WORK.”
BUT
CHANGE THE MODEL.
THATS IT., JUST LET THINGS WORK.
IF DOEN’T,
ITS ALL ABOUT,

Here are perspectives on the Federal Physician Sunshine Act from those with vested interests
in the relationship between Big Pharma and Doctor’s Prescription:

No more fast-tracking FDA approvals where Big Pharma
pays for quick approval.
Replace Big Pharma’s dollars with independently-derived, data-based, scientific criteria that is shared
publicly and the public prioritizes any drug’s approval.
This criterion is published publicly.
This process of choosing is published publicly. That means all the potential drugs submitted for
FDA approval and being chosen for fast-track approval are displayed publicly.
The approval process, the tests, the procedures, the results are available to the public.
Double the number of FDA inspectors.
Create a public wiki for all FDA drug trials.
Let all the participants share their experiences as well as their results. We want to know their experi-
ence, not a compiled, condensed, edited version of results spun for maximum marketing impact.
Overhaul the drug research methods.
Funding, research and more is rife with bribes, fraud and much more focused on making
money as opposed to (sometimes directly opposed to) healthcare. Transparency, openness
and participation are key.
