Youth to Business Forum is an event that takes place in multiple locations around the world;
bringing top young leaders together with business leaders, thought leaders with the aim to generate
new, but most importantly, actionable ideas to that will impact the world and its future.
This year we present to you three stages delegates will go through:- Inspire, Engage and Act.
Inspire - top business and thought leaders from around the world will share their knowledge with the
delegates through inspiring keynotes and lively panel discussions.
Engage with our partner organizations and gain new perspective on issues relating the forum theme,
through workshops, conversations and idea generation.
By taking all of the knowledge and insights from the day, delegates will strive to ask challenging
questions, give opinions, generate ideas and provide concrete measures for the actions that should be
taken based on the theme of the day. Youth to Business Forum is all about switching ideas into
Action!

OCP:
The OCP will be the person in charge of making sure that Youth to Business
Forum in organized properly: all logistic matters are being seen to, event is
promoted internally and externally, delegates are sgning up and taking care of.
Key responsibilities:
Be the meeting point between PM and OCVP
Participate in the selection of the entire Organization Committee (OC)
Set goals with the team and PM
Lead, organize and ensure compliance of the action plan for the entire
project (timeline, logistical requirements, budget)
Delivery a weekly meeting reports to PM
Track team member‘s performance
Taking care of time management and taking actions.
