Simone Riccardi studied architecture in
Florence and became expert in
sustainable design, where he designed
and realized a multi-awards-winner
ZeroEmission House in Italy.
Despite his architectural studies, he has
been always keen in the IT field, and
following this passion he has been
working for 8 years as
IT Project Manager.
He got a Fullbright scholarship ($35K),
as well as the ViaggiVerdi initiative
received funds ($70K) to startup.
He decided to start this adventure with a
group of trusted friends.
He is warmly enthusiastic and
imaginative.
He sees life as full of possibilities.

PHASES OF COMPETITIVE DEVELOPMENT
Phase One Italian Market on Italy
Design and develop the website platform in his alpha release. Get
feedbacks from our advisor board to create our first Beta Release
for the italian travelers market
Create a marketing plan for the italian release together with our
partners.
Phase Two International on Italy
Improve the platform following feedbacks of the customers,
translate contents in english and make an international marketing
plan.
Phase Three International on International
Create an international Company and country by country, develop
a global viaggiverdi networks.
Phase Four Keeping the market share and differentiating,
investing in other markets.
As King of the hill in our niche market we should defend our share
and find some other market where expand.
