Summary so far…… Modern science/Medical science approach to human body is largely limited to the physical body Yoga looks at body in 5 sheaths – different levels of consciousness – physical being just one of them Impact of Stress is multi dimensional Most ailments originate in mental sheath and percolate in body through vital sheath (prana) Yoga therapy has a multi dimentional approach to human body and related ailments Ways to cure most illness including stress lies not just in physical body but working on subtle layers of self.
