parking ratio for retail buildings in Oak Lawn. The lease is corporately guaranteed by David’s Bridal, the largest bridal store
chain in the United States. David’s Bridal is a privately owned and operated clothing store specializing in wedding dresses,
prom gowns and other formal wear with over 300 locations in 45 states. The 10,000 square foot property was built in
2007 and has four years of lease term remaining. The lease features a 15% rental escalation in each renewal option.
The property is located along 95th Street, a primary thoroughfare in Oak Lawn, which experiences traffic volumes in excess
