The Boulder Group is pleased to exclusively market for sale a single tenant Dollar General property located in Coldwater,
Kansas. The property is located at the intersection of S. Central Avenue (U.S. Route 183) and East 4th Avenue. The 9,014
square foot Dollar General property was built in 2010 and is located on an acre of land. The lease features 10% rental
escalations in each of the three renewal option periods.
