Know what type of interview it is: Ask the person who calls to set up an appointment if it will be a group interview, panel, one on one, or another type of interview it is. DO YOUR HOMEWORK: This is the most important step. You could tell them that most of the interview is already decided before you get into the interview.

You could even choose a company access their website and walk them through how to find this information. Firm Find/LMI is a great resource for information about this too. Talk about how you show detect power/action words in the missions and values statements and use them in their interview (marketing message is a good place to put these words in)

Here is where the job seeker can state whatever information about the company that they have not already covered then ask, “Is there anything else I need to know to be a good employ here?”
