Michael has run projects within a diverse spectrum requiring unique expertise, starting with the conception, creation and service delivery management for a global refreshment enterprise covering 35 countries within the CEE. His next stop was to organize and manage peacekeeper transport to Kosovo during the conflict at the end of the 1990's. Michael changed directions by contributing to a cross-functional team applying agile principles to create a B2B2E portal prototype within 10 weeks, which became a full-fledged application that was successfully deployed for thousands of their clients.
