Setting Priorities - The ABC Method
Rank tasks into three categories:
A = vital
B = important
C = nice
(I, II, and III from Covey’s Quadrants)
Then it subdivides tasks in these categories
into A1, A2, A3, ..., B1, B2, ... and so forth

Make it a habit to spend time writing down
the things you need to do and do them
