Geography at Castle School provides students with an opportunity to study topical and up-to-date subjects taught by experienced teachers through methods like fieldwork. Over the two-year course, students will learn about physical geography such as landforms and climate, human geography including population and economic systems, and global issues like natural hazards and sustainable development. They will be assessed through exams testing their knowledge of these topics, a decision-making exercise exploring sustainable development, and a coursework project conducted in year 10.
